Responsible for fiscal stewardship and accountability. Oversees budgets, audits, and financial reporting to ensure transparency, compliance with IRS requirements, and donor confidence.
Maintains corporate records, bylaws, and official documentation. Ensures legal compliance, accurate board communications, and strong governance practices across the Foundation.
Represents the voice of the veteran community within the Foundation. Advises on programs, policies, and advocacy to ensure initiatives reflect the lived experiences of veterans and their families.
Provides guidance on physical and mental health initiatives. Supports program development in counseling, wellness, and healthcare access to enhance the well-being of veterans and their families.
Strengthens scholarship, training, and employment programs. Builds partnerships with schools, universities, and workforce leaders to expand opportunities for veterans transitioning to civilian life.
Leads fundraising, donor relations, and community partnerships. Develops strategies to increase visibility, secure resources, and ensure the sustainability of the Foundation's mission.
